Underground Flask

This is a good example of standard fabrication for Custom Steel Fab with hundreds of thousand tonne each year in steel plate and structural components. MIM approached us to fabricate this flask. The shut down was in the middle of the wet season. With the shutdown approaching fast and our plate work stuck between flood waters. Our plate arrived only a few days prior to the shutdown, so we had our 24 hr operation to complete the fabrication.
Our team completed the job within time, but the shutdown was cancelled until the following month. As a team and with our clients we always laugh because mining & construction is never perfect. Thanks to the Copper team for their great support.
