Hospital Car Park Upgrade

The Mount Isa Car Park Upgrade had to be the biggest project Custom Steel Fab has developed. Our scope of work was to design, certify, fabricate & erect. The only works we didn’t do was, concrete slabs, fence & electrical. Completion of the project was 6 weeks. We started with the designed & cert, followed by the shop drawings, fabrication, surface protect. We had a sub-contractor complete our pad footing & pedestals. We erected all our steel work, completed the roof sheets, drainage & flashing. The car park upgrade had very tight lead times but as normal and one of our core values “We wouldn’t mean excellence without team work” and as a team we worked early into the morning & long into the night to reach our clients deadline.
