HMP Bypass Hopper

Glencore engaged Custom Steel Fab to Supply & Fabricate HMP Bypass Hopper. This project took approximately 1050 Man Hours to fabricate & weighing in all together approximately 23-24 tonne of steel. The Hoppe itself weighed in at 8.8 tonne and took some effort with cranes to remove from our Fabrication workshop and load onto the truck. This was then transported as a wide load as it was 5.2m wide, 6.5m long & 3.2m high. Custom Steel Fab also supplied all of the Liner Plates for this chute and also installed them.
